CrossFit is hard, and sometimes you might feel as if you aren’t seeing results. This blog post could also possibly be titled: “The Cold Hard Truth”. You’re Not Working Hard Enough
You come to the gym 3 or more times a week and when the coach tells you to add weight, you don’t. Although it’s tough to hear, everyone’s body reacts differently to different types of exercise. It might take someone a few days a week for couple short weeks before seeing results while others might take significantly longer. Additionally, post menopausal women often do not see the numbers on the scale drop as quickly as younger women or men but will still see drastic results in their measurements.
