All members new to CrossFit must attend the CrossFit Introductory Course which consists of One-on-One Training before purchasing a membership. These classes provide you with the safest and best way to assimilate to the high intensity training of CrossFit.
Once you’ve completed the CrossFit Introductory Course, or if you already have a CrossFit background the following are the membership options:
- Unlimited CrossFit and Open Gym: $130/month
- Three Times Weekly CrossFit: $105/month
- Twice Weekly CrossFit: $95/month
If you are a CrossFitter who wants to perfect their lifting or a weightlifter who wants to join one of the fastest growing barbell clubs in the region, then this program is for you! Break the Mold CrossFit is the home of Solafide Barbell Louisville, the local chapter of a growing barbell club with over 100 members. The brain child of coach Christian Thompson, this barbell club has already qualified members for U.S. Weightlifting Nationals, the American Open, and the U.S. Youth Nationals all in under 11 months.
- Barbell Add on to CrossFit membership: $20/month
- Weightlifting Unlimited: $105/month
Coach Karlie Groan is a certified Personal Trainer and CrossFit Level 1 Instructor. She provides workouts with high intensity cardio based methods with fewer weightlifting movements. If you are interested in building a base first, or are anxious about diving into CrossFit, this is the class for you!
- Boot Camp (twice weekly, four class times available): $90/month
- Boot Camp Add on to CrossFit membership: $20/month
