This past weekend I went through a group of reviews and surveys that our members have filled out at some point over the last few months. Reading through the feedback really pulled me back to the realization that we do amazing things at our gym everyday. That doesn’t happen on its own, our members are the cornerstone of what makes us great and we are so thankful for everyone who workout with us. Today I want to share what some of them have said.
From our reviews on Facebook:
“I can’t say enough good things about BTM. This gym not only helps individuals but is contributing to the community. The trainers have helped me find an athlete in me that I forgot existed, and the other members inspire me to work hard everyday. I look forward to working out here for many years to come.”
From our member survey:
“BTM isn’t full of the typical crossfit gymrats that I had heard about from other gyms. I liked how there were a lot of other women members, and I felt like I wouldn’t feel self conscious about myself in the gym.”
“Everything. The very friendly coaches and people that I work out with. I like how you begin to feel like a family member and not just a client or known by an ID#.”
From our New You Challenge Graduates:
“I got back in the roll of working out. And I’ll definitely keep it up. I feel better in clothes, stronger and better about my body.”
“(I enjoyed) Having coach(es) that I knew I could turn to. I never felt inferior or looked down on. I also loved learning just how many things I “couldn’t do” that were purely mental, and that feeling when I overcame that!”
“I have upper body strength that I never had before even though i was prior military.”
“I have such a new respect for myself, the negative thoughts have dwindled. Knowing that I can do things I never thought I could is so empowering! And physically, knowing I’m strong, seeing everyday things become easier because I have some muscle now.”
“It’s an amazing way to surprise yourself, to learn to appreciate physical activity and what it can do for not only your body, but your mind. You do not walk away from it the same person who signed up.”
Ready to take the plunge? Our next New You Challenge starts next Tuesday, March 28th and we only have a few spots left. Email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org to get signed up.
